Drawing from his years of experience and commitment for excellence, his leadership has guided the company through the complexities of the building and development business with great success. As a past board member of Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish County, Randy remains committed to promoting the integrity of the home building industry. Doug joined the Select Homes team in 1999 bringing with him valuable financial and managerial expertise. A CPA and with over 25 years of business experience, his focus is on operational and financial efficiency ensuring a cost effective operation.

Robb Waldburger, Project Manager

The newest member of the Select Homes team, Robb joins us after receiving a bachelors degree in construction management from Washington State University and honing his skills in the commercial construction sector for a number of years. Robb handles the majority of our subcontractor bidding and serves as the customer service representative, working with our new buyers to make their house into a home!
